Position: Web Application Developer

The company: SaaS Markets. We are setting the pace for the rapidly
emerging markets of creating App Stores for small and medium sized
businesses shopping for SaaS applications and the creation of
enterprise app stores. We are building a SaaS platform to support the
rapid growth that we are experiencing in this marketplace.

Role:
We are looking for experienced developers who can come in and take
ownership of significant portions of the system and hit the ground running!
You will bring our interface designs to life and make them exciting and fun
to interact with across a broad range of browsers and devices.
We are creating a new platform to support large scale, multi-tenanted applications
and need expertise in building compelling application storefronts and comparison
shopping interfaces. You will be in that critical role between the graphic designers
and the server engineers, taking wireframes and mocks and using your
knowledge of JS, CSS, tag libraries and web development to make
beautiful, responsive, and dynamic interfaces.

Technical skills

Required:

• Expert Javascript and 3rd party Javascript libraries: jQuery, Boostrap, JQuery-UI, jQuery Databases, etc.
• Advanced HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, AJAX, JSON, XML, Oauth, sencha, etc.
• Solid knowledge of and experience with tag libraries, including JSP, GSP, Spring, etc.
• Experience using browser development tools : Chrome Dev Tools and Firebug / Firefox Dev Tools
• Ability to create modern web interfaces that work across a broad range of browser/OS/device targets
• Familiarity with application interaction, interface & responsive design
• Ability to work as a member of a development team (i.e. graphic designers, server engineers, product team, etc.)

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of Groovy, Java, Grails, PHP
• Understanding (and love) of Git
• Proponent of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum
